There’s been a lot of buzz this week about changes to getting small business loans, which are typically very hard to come by.  Recently, lending seems to have picked up speed. According to the Small Business Administration (SBA), loans were up 90% from 2009 to 2010. As a result, the Small Business Administration (SBA) is introducing new programs that aim to continue to increase access to funds.
